Smith’s Turbo Clean Process

Our expert technicians will show up on time, inspect your floors, and once we have determined what needs to be done, we will put the plan into action.

Step One: Pretreat. First, we apply a deep cleaning solution to the floor that loosens the dirt, grime, oils, and bacteria.

Step Two: Scrub. Next, we use a deck brush to loosen the dirt and grime that gets lodged in the grout lines in those areas that need a little extra care before we use our machinery.

Step Three: Pressure. Then we use pressure from our truck-mounted equipment, which is designed to penetrate and treat even the toughest areas. Pressure can reach over 3000 PSI, and the water temperature reaches 220 degrees. This is the best way to get any tile & grout surface the cleanest and most sanitary it can be.

Step Four: Vacuum. Our process removes the soil and dirty water from your floors.

Step Five: Re-Caulk. Yes, we remove the old, worn-out caulk and replace it with 100% silicone. You will be THRILLED with the results our process delivers!
